A new powerful digital tool to help empower pet owners.
OVERVIEW
In Australia only 8% of pets are actually insured, leaving many pet owners to grapple with the large costs from unexpected vet bills. This can not only bring further financial stress but also increase the risk of veterinary clinics being overwhelmed amid a new surge of pet ownership within recent years. We partnered with Budget Direct to deliver a new personal and intuitive digital tool that empowers pets owners with comprehensive knowledge and hands on facts that help them better understand their pets.
MY ROLE
My responsibilities on this project were primarily on the introduction of an animation styleguide and character designs to support the UX experience. In addition to this, I was heavily involved in the larger campaign rollout to promote BudPet, producing both print collateral and social media content.
